COVID-19 UPDATE: Order Tips

Happy Mother’s Day

We hope that everyone is enjoying their time with their families. We also wanted to thank everyone in our community for the constant support for our business. You are there for us, and we always want to be there for you too.

With that said, due to this pandemic, we would like to remind everyone that Fogama is currently working with a limited staff. We have been receiving an overwhelming amount of orders, and unfortunately we can only produce as much as we can with the limited amount of staff that we have on site. Please be understanding. We will try our best to take everyone’s order.


How can you help? Here are a few small things our customers can do to help us facilitate orders:

  • ORDER AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE!
    - Please try to place an order at least several hours in advance
    - Unfortunately though, because of such high demand, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your order at the designated time that you have picked. We will of course try our best to accommodate everyone and their original order times

  • If your order is not ready by the time that you arrive, please wait in your car and we will call you when it’s your time to come pick it up by the front door
    - That being said, please make sure that the number you have provided for us is the correct contact information

We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding. Thank you so much for all the love and support for these last few months. We know that none of this is easy, but we will do our best to make sure that everyone at least gets to fill their sushi craving!
